Can I start Grappling with no experience?
Yes. You can start Grappling from scratch at La Forja Martial Arts in Estepona. Learning is progressive and training is adapted to your level; you do not need to train for competition.
How much do Grappling classes cost?
One discipline costs €70 per month, or €45 from mid-month. Unlimited MMA, kickboxing and grappling costs €100 per month, or €60 from mid-month. A day pass costs €15. All prices include taxes.
Are classes available in English?
Yes. Classes are taught in English and Spanish. Message us to choose a suitable group and confirm your first session.
Where is the gym if I am coming from Manilva or Sotogrande?
La Forja is at Calle Galileo, 28, 29680 Estepona, Málaga. If you are travelling from Manilva, Casares, Sotogrande or Marbella, check the location and timetable before travelling. Classes take place at our Estepona gym.
How do I book a free first class?
Message +34 681 81 73 09 on WhatsApp with your chosen discipline and experience. We will confirm your group and time. Bring clean sportswear and water; you do not need to buy special equipment for your first class.
