These terms govern the website of La Forja Martial Arts S.L., Spanish tax ID B22675920, at Calle Galileo, 28, 29680 Estepona, Málaga, Spain. The website provides information about classes, schedules, prices and contact channels. It does not complete online payments, registrations or contracts.
2. Enquiries and bookings
A WhatsApp, telephone, email or Instagram enquiry does not itself confirm enrolment. Before contracting, the gym will confirm availability, group, schedule, price and applicable conditions. Published prices are final and include applicable taxes.
3. Classes and safety
Participants must follow coaches’ instructions, use suitable equipment, respect hygiene rules and disclose before training any circumstance relevant to safe participation. Martial arts involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated entirely. A parent or legal guardian must complete a minor’s enrolment and required permissions.
4. Fees, duration and cancellation
The term, payment method, start date, renewal and cancellation procedure will be provided before contracting and recorded in the applicable agreement. Nothing on this website limits mandatory consumer rights.
5. Conduct
Violence outside supervised exercises, harassment, discrimination, negligent equipment use and conduct that endangers others are prohibited. The gym may take proportionate safety measures, subject to consumer rights.
6. Intellectual property and image rights
Original content is protected by intellectual-property law. Rights in images and videos belong to their respective rights holders. Commercial reuse requires authorisation. Image-rights concerns may be sent to laforjamartialarts@gmail.com.
7. Complaints and law
Contact laforjamartialarts@gmail.com or visit the gym. Official complaint forms are available to consumers. Spanish law applies, and disputes are heard by the bodies determined by mandatory consumer and jurisdiction rules.
